Before continuing, please note:

  • You must arrive at your appointment time, or up to 15 minutes early.
  • Consu-fast is an additional service: it is not part of Consuplan (Consultenos’ exclusive program that includes preventive maintenance for 3 years / 40,000 km for new Audi customers), and its cost is charged separately.
  • The Consu-fast charge covers only the selected periodic maintenance; it does not include additional services.
  • If a pre-existing issue or wear is found during maintenance, we will send you a separate quote for approval.
  • Once maintenance is done, we’ll notify you and close that order with the corresponding charges; any additional repair you approve is handled in a new work order.

This prototype doesn't send the appointment to any real system or email yet; creation in Elconix and email sending are pending the API specification (see docs/specs/2026-08-13-citas-online-nativas.md). In the meantime, we keep using Cloud Active Reception for real appointments.
