The story of Consultenos, S.A. begins in 1974, when Roberto and María Elena started a small company providing financial and administrative advisory services to different companies in Panama.

At the time, at the end of each workday, they could hardly have imagined that this consulting firm would become the starting point of a story that, decades later, would be closely tied to the development of Panama's automotive sector.

After four years of business experience, in 1978 Consultenos took a new direction. The company entered retail with a store specializing in bicycles and go-karts, taking its first steps into the world of mobility.

That same year brought one of the company's first major milestones: the representation of the renowned Japanese brand Kawasaki. Just a year later, in 1979, Alfa Romeo joined, formally marking Consultenos' entry into the automotive business.

Consolidation would later come with Audi, the emblematic four-rings brand. Its addition marked a new stage for Consultenos and helped build the company's expertise in representing, selling, and servicing internationally prestigious automotive brands.

Decades of experience, growth, and evolution led to another important milestone in 2019, when Consultenos secured the representation of Bentley, one of the most exclusive and iconic brands in the global automotive industry.

But the story of Consultenos has never been only the story of the brands it represents. It has also been a story of adaptation.

From a small advisory firm in 1974 to becoming a mobility group, Consultenos has evolved alongside the industry, adopting new technologies, building technical capabilities, and forming long-term relationships with manufacturers, staff, and customers.

Today, more than five decades after its founding, Grupo Consultenos represents six brands: Audi, Bentley, Kawasaki, E-Z-GO, AITO, and Leapmotor, combining brands that are part of its history with a new generation of manufacturers representing the technological transformation happening across mobility worldwide.
