Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Consultenos, S.A. ("Consultenos"), domiciled at Calle 50, Panama City, Republic of Panama, is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide when contacting us via WhatsApp, this website, or any other enabled channel.

2. Data we collect

Name, phone number, email address (if provided), your vehicle's brand/model/year, and any information you voluntarily share about your inquiry or complaint. We do not request, and should not receive through these channels: national ID number, payment card data, or financial information.

3. Purpose

Your data is used exclusively to: (a) handle your Sales (new or certified vehicles) or Aftersales (service appointments, parts, warranty, complaints) inquiry; (b) contact you to follow up on your request; (c) improve our customer service. It is not used for other purposes without your additional consent.

4. Transfer to third parties

Your data may be shared with the manufacturer of your vehicle's brand only when your request requires it (for example, a warranty claim that must be processed with Audi, Bentley, Kawasaki, EZGO, or Aito). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Your rights (ARCO Rights)

You have the right to: Access your personal data held by us, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel/delete it when no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and Oppose its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at cx@consultenos.net.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial or service relationship lasts, and as needed to meet legal or contractual obligations (e.g., vehicle warranty). You may request deletion of your data per point 5, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Voluntary nature

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without at least your name, phone number, and basic vehicle or inquiry details, we won't be able to process your Sales or Aftersales request.

8. Legal framework

This notice is governed by Law 81 of March 29, 2019, "Establishing rules on the Protection of Personal Data," of the Republic of Panama, and its regulations.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site, in its current version, does not use analytics or advertising cookies. There are no measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) or social media pixels installed yet.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). According to Google's public documentation, this service does not use that request to track users or set advertising cookies. But, as with any external resource, your browser does make a request to Google's servers when loading the page, which may expose your IP address to Google.

This site's forms (e.g. Contact) use hidden fields to record which campaign or link the visit came from (utm_source/utm_campaign URL parameters). This is not a cookie: it's read once from the page URL and does not persist in your browser between visits.

This section will be updated as soon as any analytics, marketing, or CRM tool that does use cookies is added, before activating it, not after.
